Project enquiries
Submitting the form saves your name, email, location, service, message, language, status and timestamps in our follow-up system. The website owner can access these details to respond and discuss a possible project. Notifications are sent to info@riccon.no through RICCON’s connected Gmail account after hourly checks. They contain only a reference, timestamp and link to the protected dashboard. You can also contact us by email. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Visitor reporting and operation
We use technical logs and visitor reporting to operate the site and understand usage. This can include the page, referring site, device type, time and a browser identifier. A hash of the network address helps limit misuse of the contact form. We have not added advertising pixels to the company site.
Questions and retention
Details are retained for as long as needed for correspondence, any resulting project or documentation requirements. Contact us about access, corrections or deletion. RICCON ProConnect has separate privacy information.
